Courses

In agile and leadership

The courses are based on the same philosophy about leadership and ways of working. They complement each other so that for example the team, a coach, and a product owner gets the same context and background to work effectively together.

Ignitic does not offer any certifications. It means prices can be kept down and enables a broader perspective on ways of working and agility. The courses takes a practical view on agility and challenges you face in the wild, and are inspired by various frameworks and concepts. If you are interested in a certification we suggest you complement with a free-standing certification offered by other actors. Together with possible reading instructions linked to the certification these courses provide necessary knowledge.

The games that explain theory were really good.
Also good to get more details on story points, poker
planning, splitting up teams, etc.

A workshop is usually a half day or a full day.
